What is a Network Analysis?
A network analysis is a quick and thorough inspection of your office’s computers. Much like you need an annual physical to determine your general health your computers also need an annual exam. MS-I will perform a quick, in-depth inspection of every computer, server and printer. This will allow us to get a snapshot of where your office’s technology is and show you where it could be with our help. During this analysis we will determine how your network is running and configured so we can get your office running as smooth as possible. This is a vital way to get to know your network. Since we can not recommend a solution until we get to know your network, we offer a free network analysis* to all of our new customers. Has your office had its physical lately?

* A Typical Network Analysis should last about 2 hours depending on the size of the network and number of computers to be looked at. During this Analysis, our technicians are not authorized to make any repairs on any computers with in the premises. We firmly believe that we can not fix any problems without knowing the total picture inside a network. We would be happy to make any repairs or answer any and all technical questions upon completion of the Network Analysis, but while the inspection is going on we would prefer our expert technicians keep their focus on the whole project and scope of your network.
